4. Vehicle Sales — "As-Is" Disclosure

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale, all used vehicles are sold "AS-IS" with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer assumes all risk for any defects, mechanical or otherwise, that may exist at the time of sale.

A Buyer's Guide as required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Used Car Rule will be provided with each vehicle transaction. Any written warranty offered will be detailed on the Buyer's Guide and/or a separate warranty agreement.

5. Financing & Credit Applications

Submitting a credit application through our Site does not guarantee financing approval. All financing is subject to credit approval by our lending partners and financial institutions.

• Estimated payments, interest rates, and terms shown on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from actual financing offers
• By submitting a credit application, you authorize Front Line Auto Sales LLC d/b/a Front Line Direct Auto and its lending partners to obtain your consumer credit report, verify the information you provide (including employment, income, and identity), and share your application with multiple lenders to secure financing on your behalf
• Submitting an application may result in one or more hard inquiries on your credit report

Actual trade-in value may be higher or lower than the online estimate based on vehicle condition, mechanical inspection, market conditions, and other factors. A trade-in estimate does not constitute a binding offer.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Alcorn County, Mississippi, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
